May is Mental Health Awareness Month

CJE Counseling Services is pleased to provide a variety of programs during May, which is Mental Health Awareness Month as well as Older Americans Month. COVID-19 has certainly made life more stressful, so we wanted to put together programs that will provide specific skills to deal with these new challenges.
