Adult Day Services

1015 Howard St
Evanston, IL

CJE’s Adult Day programs provide a warm, caring community to participants and their family members. Participants thrive in CJE’s lively atmosphere. Caregivers benefit from having valuable time to themselves.

Are you a caregiver? Are you part of the "sandwich generation," coping with older parents and younger children at home? We’re here to help by providing you with support, education and respite.

Consumer Assistance

CJE’s Consumer Assistance staff provides a person-centered service that helps people find ways to reduce expenses and increase income so they can live in the community with dignity and respect as they age.  Service is available at many locations across Chicagoland in English and Russian.

Food Services

At CJE SeniorLife, we have many ways to provide food…to those who are delighted to receive a fresh, home delivered meal… to those who know they can depend on us to prepare a beautiful, kosher dinner for their home celebrations.

Holocaust Community Services

HCS reaches out to approximately 1,900 Holocaust survivors and their families annually, offering support groups, socialization programs, and assistance with various Holocaust reparations and compensation programs.

Residential Options

CJE SeniorLife owns and operates 5 housing sites on the North side of Chicago and Skokie. The agency provides a total of 461 units of affordable housing.

Personal Care

There may be times when you or a loved one needs help at home with activities of daily living like dressing, bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, companionship or respite.

The Transportation department is responsible for providing subscription and on request transportation services to clients who live within the CJE established geographic boundaries.

CJE strives to help 20,000 older adults lead healthy and independent lives.
Your contribution will allow us to do so for many years to come.
