Caring for a loved one can be both a rewarding and stressful experience. In caring for others, we often struggle to find time to care for ourselves. This therapeutic group will meet twice-monthly and provide a safe space for caregivers aged 60+ to explore issues related to caregiving, better understand how prior life experiences can impact relationships in the present, and enhance coping skills through mutual support. Participation requires advance screening and evaluation to be billable to Medicare and other insurance. |
