LINKAGES can help older adults and their family members with disabilities.
LINKAGES is a unique program that assists seniors who have adult children with disabilities to address the issues, needs and concerns of their family. Professional staff can help families to explore resource options and offer their expertise on service coordination, advocacy, future planning and government benefits. Linkages can also provide referrals to aging and disability services for the older adult as well as the person with the disability.
