Parents who are both aging and caring for an adult child that has a disability have unique needs and concerns. They also have very unique legal needs and care planning opportunities. In this program, an attorney who practices in both elder law and special needs planning will discuss how aging parents can plan for their own care while protecting the financial and care needs for an adult child that has a disability.
