Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that uses slow, controlled movements and gradual shifts of body weight. It is safe for people of all ages and fitness levels. Persons with Parkinson’s and their caregivers will learn breathing exer-cises, relaxation skills, basic stance and alignment. Benefits include improved posture, balance and range of motion.
