Upcoming Dates

The Otago Exercise Program (OEP) is a series of 17 strength and balance exercises that has been shown to reduce falls between 35 and 40% for frail older adults. This evidence-based program meets for 8 weeks and the participants are encouraged to continue their exercises at home and are supported by monthly phone calls and check-ins.

We’ll be offering three sessions per week. Classes will be offered on M, W, and Th. Participants can choose one, two, or all of them.
