In honor of Fall Prevention Month, Mather Lifeways and CJE SeniorLife present you with two evidence-based fall prevention programs! Come to one or both!

Tuesdays, October 23 & December 11, 2018 • Noon–2 pm

An eight-week exercise program for older adults that focus on strength, balance and mobility. The classes meet once per week for 60 minutes. Exercises can be done seated or standing to accommodate various fitness levels. Resistance bands are provided.
