Presented by:

  • Lisa Andrews, LCSW, CJE Counseling Services, Clinical Supervisor

May is National Mental Health Month and a great time to talk about the concept of resilience. There has been much adversity in our world over the past three years and this program will explore the role of resilience in how we cope with hardship. We will focus on defining the concept of resilience and exploring techniques that may increase one’s ability to tolerate stress and regulate emotions which can make the many challenges of aging more tolerable.

This is a Zoom Virtual Meeting with video and telephone dial-in options.
