Healthy Steps in Motion (HSIM) is a group exercise program taught in eight 1-hour sessions designed to reduce the risk of falling by building strength, flexibility and balance.
This class builds on skills taught during the Fall 2017 session of Healthy Steps in Motion. For this reason only participants who completed the Fall session are invited to participate.
