Move it Monday with Kate! Join us for a class focusing on strength and balance. Have a sturdy chair, a water bottle handy, a pair of weights (soup cans or water bottles also work well) and resistance bands (a hand towel can work instead).

Caring for a loved one can be both a rewarding and stressful experience. In caring for others, we often struggle to find time to care for ourselves. This therapeutic group will meet twice-monthly and provide a safe space for caregivers aged 60+ to explore issues related to caregiving, better understand how prior life experiences can impact relationships in the present, and enhance coping skills through mutual support.

Participation requires advance screening and evaluation to be billable to Medicare and other insurance.

The way we die—end of life decisions, death rituals, what happens after we die—is probably the most important conversation Americans aren’t having. – Michael Hebb, founder of Death Over Dinner, in partnership with Reboot

Please join CJE SeniorLife virtual Death Over Dinner facilitators, Tamara Kushnir Groman and Liz Wilson, PhD, for an engaging group discussion about death.
