Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that uses slow, controlled movements and gradual shifts of body weight. It is safe for people of all ages and fitness levels. Persons with Parkinson’s and their caregivers will learn breathing exercises, relaxation skills, basic stance and alignment. Benefits include improved posture, balance and range of motion. Our guest speaker, Sharon Dornberg-Lee, LCSW, Clinical Supervisor, CJE Counseling Services, will share information about using a daily journal to record both the little and big things for which we are grateful.
