  • The benefits of using accessible travel on CTA, PACE, and Metra
  • How to plan trips on CTA, PACE and Metra
  • An overview of Ventra Services
  • Information on how to apply for a reduced fare or a ride free permit
  • People who are 65 or older, have a current IL state ID card or Drivers’License may apply for the Reduce Fare at the end of this presentation.

Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that uses slow, controlled movements and gradual shifts of body weight. It is safe for people of all ages and fitness levels. Persons with Parkinson’s and their caregivers will learn breathing exer-cises, relaxation skills, basic stance and alignment. Benefits include improved posture, balance and range of motion.
