Community members with mild-to-moderate dementia and their caregivers/care partners are invited to join us at the Art Institute to view and discuss art, as well as participate in an art activity.

Free bus transportation provided by the Ellen & Ronald Block Family Foundation.

Bus pick-up at Temple Sholom, 3480 N. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago at 10 am and drop off at 2 pm.

Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that uses slow, controlled movements and gradual shifts of body weight. It is safe for people of all ages and fitness levels. Persons with Parkinson’s and their caregivers will learn breathing exer-cises, relaxation skills, basic stance and alignment. Benefits include improved posture, balance and range of motion.
