Led by Kate Maley, Counseling Services Social Work Intern
This six-week group will introduce members to various styles of mindfulness meditation. Members will discuss common barriers and challenges to establishing a regular practice and explore what approaches work best for them. Group members will develop skills to bring self-compassion and awareness to the complexities and challenges of everyday life.
This group was developed for beginners as well those who are attending CJE SenioreLife’s Mindfulness with Chloe program and want to expand and deepen their practice.
