Put your foot to the pedal and join us for a heart-pumping, music-driven 45 minute workout. Participants of all levels are welcome for this energizing SALT, Northbrook, spin class.

Your ticket price includes class entry and a bottle of water.

There are 21 bikes at SALT. This event is expected to sell out.

Your workout will support CJE SeniorLife's 35+ programs and services that help 20,000 seniors and their family members in our community.

We will see you there ‘cause nothing is more fun than sweating for a good cause.
Please arrive at 1:15 PM check-in, grab a water bottle and set up your bike. Class will run from 1:45 - 2:30 PM.
