Put your foot to the pedal and join us for a heart-pumping, music-driven 45 minute workout. Participants of all levels are welcome for this energizing SALT, Northbrook, spin class.

 

Your ticket price includes the class, spin shoes (if you would like, you may wear your own gym shoes or clips), bottle of water, and... THREE ADDITIONAL FREE SPIN CLASSES AT SALT!

There are 21 bikes at SALT—ONLY 3 BIKES REMAIN FOR PURCHASE—and this event is expected to sell out!

In order to reserve spin shoes, please register by 5pm, Friday, February 23rd.

Online registration will close at 11pm, Saturday, February 24th. If bikes are available, walk-ins are welcome. On Sunday morning to confirm bike availability please email Jennifer Schnepper at Jennifer.Schnepper@cje.net

Your workout will support CJE SeniorLife's 35+ programs and services that help 20,000 seniors and their family members in our community.

We will see you there ‘cause nothing is more fun than sweating for a good cause.
Please arrive at 1:30 PM to get your spin shoes (if desired) and water bottle. Class will run from 2 - 2:45 PM.
