Donation Policies
Your generous contribution to CJE SeniorLife supports the growing needs of our older adults and enhances their quality of life. As good stewards of your generous donation, we follow these guidelines in processing your gifts.
All donations to CJE SeniorLife help support older adults pursue lives of meaning, independence and good health through Life Enrichment, Support Resources, Healthcare, Research and Education.
CJE SeniorLife has a number of fundraising initiatives that support over 40 programs to enhance the lives of older adults. We carefully consider the needs of the organization and will use your donation where we determine it is most needed, so that all donations may directly and indirectly support everyone who depends on CJE.
Additionally, CJE will accept restrictions on use of donations if you specifically request at the time of making your donation. If CJE cannot honor a donor’s designation request the gift will be forwarded to Sr. Development Director or returned to the donor. CJE has the right to refuse any gift that does not sufficiently benefit the organization, is in conflict with our mission, or is prohibited by law.
For donations made using our www.cje.net website, refunds are available for 15 days after a donation is processed. For donations made using any other process system, please contact our Development office at 773.508.1130 for more information.
Donation Refund Policy
If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, we will honor your request for a refund made within 15 days of your online donation, or call 773.508.1130 for other donation.
To request a refund, call 773.508.1130. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
All recurring gift donors will receive notice from our online system to update your credit card upon expiration.
