
Jennifer Weininger, Executive Director
Jennifer Weininger, began her work at Weinberg Community in 2003 as Personal Care Manager. She experienced several advances during her time at Weinberg Community, moving to the position of Assistant Director, then Director, and finally to her current position of Executive Director. She received her undergraduate degree in Health Administration, specializing in Gerontology, and has a Master’s Degree from the University of St. Francis in Health Services Administration.

Zofia Domian, Friend Center Manager
Zofia Domian is the Manager of Friend Center for Memory Care at Weinberg Community. Zofia earned a BA in Psychology from Northeastern University. She began her career in the eldercare industry as an Activity Aid at a memory care unit in Chicago. Prior to her current position, Zofia worked in several positions, with the latest at Hyatt Hotels. She has served as a Private Duty Caregiver, Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, and most recently a Director of Housekeeping. Zofia’s extensive experience in the hospitality industry and commitment to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay has informed her work at the Friend Center. She is delighted to return to her roots in memory care as the Friend Center Manager. Zofia likes to spend her leisure time with her dog Harley and enjoys documentaries, particularly ones about pandas.

Annie Eapen, Nurse Manager
Annie Eapen joined CJE in 2021 as the Nurse Manager at the Weinberg Community. She has worked in the field of nursing for many years, in various managerial roles in hospital and home health settings. She started as a Registered Nurse in 2002 and thereafter she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a focus on Leadership and Management from North Park University. Her vast knowledge and experience in nursing, particularly in geriatrics will be valuable in leading our team to provide the best care for our residents. Annie is a mother of four girls and, besides her passion for her work, she enjoys time spent outdoors with her family and her husky named Shadow.

Jim Skoufes, Director of Facility Operations
Jim is the Director of Facility Operations at Weinberg Community for Senior Living. Jim has over 30 years’ experience in facility management operations. Jim has worked in hospital health care, assisted Living, and Skilled care settings. Prior to joining the Weinberg Team, Jim was Director of Facility Management Operations, for 10 years at Lutheran Home and services, A Lutheran Life Community. Jim has numerous Certifications, and holds a Stationary Engineer License. Jim is a member of the National Power Engineers Association, National Fire Prevention Association and is a certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP).

Stefanie Gall, Life Enrichment Manager
Stefanie is the Life Enrichment Manager at Weinberg Community. She joined the team at CJE as an Administrative Intern while she completed her BS in Health Systems Management while attending Loyola University of Chicago. After this position she was an Administrative Liaison at Weinberg Community, providing administrative support and building relationships with clients and their families. She is currently attending University of St. Francis in Joliet where she is pursuing a MS in Health Management with a concentration in Leadership. Stefanie is passionate about working with seniors because of their wisdom, resilience and gratitude for things we may miss in our everyday busy lives.
