Mondays 1-2 pm. Join Beri Cohen of Yellow Elephant Yoga for Pilates! This workout combines increasing mobility, strengthening and fun! All exercises will be done from a chair with the option to stand. Please prepare either two towels or 2 yoga blocks and 1 towel. This will be an interactive class and modifications will be made as needed.
